Based on the NCAA seeding and NIT seeding the four RSC or 2nd place teams in a one bid league would have been
Belmont
UNC Greensboro
Lipscomb
​Toledo

They would have taken the spots of St. John's, Arizona State, and Temple.  Belmont being one of the last four teams in, but also fitting the RSC criteria would stay in place. The teams would play the last four at-large teams on the seed line.
