Based on the NCAA seeding and NIT seeding the four RSC or 2nd place teams in a one bid league would have been
Wichita State
Drake
Western Kentucky
Toledo

They would have taken the spots of Michigan State & UCLA.  Wichita State & Drake being two of the last four teams in, but also fitting the RSC criteria would stay in place. The teams would play the last four at-large teams on the true seed line.
